This Privacy Policy explains how Bagjix (“we”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use LabelPro (the “Service”) and visit this website. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

  • Account & purchase data: your email, purchased plan and billing cycle, order and license (invitation code) records.
  • Payment data: handled by Stripe and payment channels (Alipay, WeChat Pay). We do not store your full card number, CVV, or similar sensitive payment data; we may retain only necessary records such as transaction IDs, amount, method, and status.
  • Usage & log data: access time, IP address, device and browser type, and activity logs for security and service improvement.
  • Local storage: we use browser localStorage to remember preferences such as language (`labelpro_lang`).

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service, and to activate and manage your license;
  • To process transactions and send order/renewal reminders and service notices;
  • To ensure security, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations;
  • To send product-related information where you have consented.
