欢迎使用 LabelPro（以下简称“本服务”），由 Bagjix（以下简称“我们”）提供。在使用本服务前，请仔细阅读本《服务条款》。一旦访问、注册、购买或使用本服务，即表示你已阅读、理解并同意接受本条款的全部内容。
1. 服务说明
LabelPro 是面向海外仓运营的软件服务，提供面单批量打印、订单管理、扫码作业、AI 订单解析等功能，支持 Windows、macOS、Android 客户端。我们可能不时新增、修改或停止部分功能。
2. 账户与授权
- 本服务以你购买时所用的邮箱作为账户标识，并据此发放软件授权（邀请码 / 许可证）。
- 授权仅供你本人或你的企业在所购套餐范围内使用，不得转售、出租、共享或用于授权范围之外的主体。
- 你应妥善保管邀请码 / 授权凭证，因泄露造成的损失由你自行承担。
3. 订阅、购买与计费
- 信用卡订阅：按所选周期（月 / 年）自动续费，直至你取消。
- 支付宝 / 微信支付：为一次性购买固定时长（月 / 年），不自动续费；到期后需重新购买以继续使用，我们会在到期前以邮件提醒。
- 所有款项通过第三方支付机构 Stripe 处理，并可能使用支付宝、微信支付等支付渠道。价格以结算时页面显示为准，默认以美元（USD）计价，相关税费（如适用）由你承担。

5. 取消与续费
- 信用卡订阅可随时取消；取消后不再产生续费，当前已付费周期内仍可正常使用至到期。
- 支付宝 / 微信一次性购买无自动续费，到期即止；如需继续使用请重新购买。
6. 退款
本服务为数字软件服务，开通后即可使用，付款后不支持退款（法律法规另有强制规定的除外）。详见我们的《退款政策》。
7. 可接受使用
你同意不会：以非法目的使用本服务；对软件进行逆向工程、反编译或破解授权；干扰、攻击或试图未授权访问本服务及其相关系统；利用本服务从事侵犯他人权益或违反所适用法律法规的行为。
8. 知识产权
本服务及其软件、界面、商标、文档等的全部知识产权归我们或相应权利人所有。除为正常使用本服务所必需外，未经书面许可你不得复制、修改、分发或创建衍生作品。
9. 第三方服务
本服务的支付环节依赖 Stripe、支付宝、微信支付等第三方。你使用这些服务还需遵守其各自的条款与政策，我们对第三方服务的可用性与行为不承担责任。
10. 免责声明与责任限制
本服务按“现状”和“现有”基础提供，我们不对其不间断、无错误或完全满足你的特定需求作出明示或默示担保。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们对任何间接、偶发、特殊或后果性损失不承担责任；我们的累计责任不超过你在主张发生前 12 个月内为本服务实际支付的金额。
11. 服务变更与终止
我们可因业务调整、合规要求或你违反本条款而暂停或终止部分或全部服务。如你严重违反本条款，我们可在不退款的情况下终止你的授权。
12. 条款变更
我们可不时更新本条款。更新后将在本页公布并更新“最后更新”日期。变更生效后你继续使用本服务，即视为接受修订后的条款。
13. 适用法律
本条款的订立、效力、解释及争议解决，适用我们经营主体注册地的法律。因本条款产生的争议，双方应先友好协商解决。

Welcome to LabelPro (the “Service”), provided by Bagjix (“we”, “us”). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Service. By accessing, registering for, purchasing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
LabelPro is a software service for overseas warehouse operations, offering bulk label printing, order management, scan-to-print, AI order parsing and more, with Windows, macOS and Android clients. We may add, modify, or discontinue features from time to time.
2. Account & License
- The Service identifies your account by the email used at purchase and grants your software license (invitation code / license) accordingly.
- The license is for use by you or your business within your purchased plan and may not be resold, rented, shared, or used by parties outside the license scope.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your invitation code / license credentials.
3. Subscriptions, Purchases & Billing
- Card subscription: auto-renews per the chosen cycle (monthly / yearly) until you cancel.
- Alipay / WeChat Pay: a one-time purchase of a fixed term (monthly / yearly) that does not auto-renew; repurchase is required to continue after expiry, and we will email a renewal reminder beforehand.
- All payments are processed by Stripe and may use payment methods such as Alipay and WeChat Pay. Prices shown at checkout apply, default currency USD; applicable taxes (if any) are your responsibility.

5. Cancellation & Renewal
- Card subscriptions can be canceled anytime; no further renewals occur and access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Alipay / WeChat one-time purchases do not auto-renew and end at expiry; repurchase to continue.
6. Refunds
The Service is a digital software service usable immediately upon activation; payments are non-refundable (except where required by applicable law). See our Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent licensing; interfere with, attack, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service or related systems; or use the Service to infringe others’ rights or violate applicable laws.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the Service, including software, interfaces, trademarks and documentation, belongs to us or the respective owners. Except as necessary to use the Service, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
9. Third-Party Services
Payment relies on third parties including Stripe, Alipay and WeChat Pay. Your use of these is also subject to their respective terms; we are not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party services.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages; our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you actually paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes & Termination
We may suspend or terminate part or all of the Service due to business changes, compliance requirements, or your breach of these Terms. We may terminate your license without refund for material breach.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, posting changes on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our operating entity is registered. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
